Tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin brändikokemuksen vaikutusta verkkokauppaympäristöjen käyttäjäkokemukseen ja käyttöaikeeseen. Brändikokemusta tarkasteltiin kahden ulottuvuuden kautta: brändityytyväisyyden ja brändiluottamuksen. Negative emotional state modulates visual working memory in the late consolidation phase

Although a considerable literature has grown up around the interactions between emotional state and visual working memory (VWM) performance, the mechanism underlying the impact of the negative emotional state on VWM remains unclear. The present study aimed to test whether the influence of emotional state is related to the early phase or late phase of VWM consolidation process. Across three experiments, we found that the negative emotional state did not affect VWM performance when the presentation time of stimuli was short. Current research on emotional user experience lacks a clear exposition on the relationship between feeling of control and the emotion response. The appraisal theory of emotion posits that perceived control over an event is an important factor in determining the emotional response to the event. It is therefore hypothesised, that the relationship between emotional experiences and interaction events is mediated by feeling of control.
